Girls on the Run 5K - Thank you, supporters!

We cannot thank you enough for being part of the Spring Celebration this past weekend!

For those that hosted a Friends & Family Zone activity or a cheer station along the course, we cannot thank each and everyone of you enough for your dedication, support, energy and excitement during the 5K Celebration! Along with the Race Committee, we had about 175 volunteers helping out and covering all surfaces to assist the event get off without a hitch!

We had a little under 2,600 participants cross the finish line and with all the family and friends in attendance, we expected about 5,000 people in attendance - our biggest crowd yet!

As supporters, we also want to welcome you to share any feedback you may have from the event as we are always working towards improving our celebrations for not only our program girls and their families, but for our supports and donors as well!

*Save the Date! *We are hoping that Girls on the Run will be back at Hersheypark Stadium on Sunday, November 18th, 2018 for the FALL 5K Celebration! We hope you are all able to attend.
