Our access control systems generate alerts that can notify relevant individuals or groups in your organization about the state of a secured area the access control system has been programmed to report based on current conditions. Our Sensaphone offering can also be configured to monitor environmental conditions that exceed programmed thresholds such as excessive humidity or heat to contact critical staff with customized communications.
Alert events are categorized into different severity classifications, many of which are informational but others that are more critical that should receive attention. Our systems can configure the notification process to contact your distribution list members based on the severity of the event so that only the most important events are sent to the proper staff for further investigation and/or resolution. If the population of users that needs to be notified changes, customers have complete control over modifying the distribution list without having to reprogram the access control system.
